The caribbean (Spanish: caribe) consists of over 7,000 islands,
islets, reefs and cays. It runs between the United States,
Mexico, and South America.
The caribbean has a population of around 37.5
million people, living in 27 different countries (made up of 13
sovereign states, 2 overseas departments, and 14 dependent
territories of European countries or the United States).
With a beautiful
tropical climate, the
caribbean is blessed with white beaches, clear waters for
diving, abundant marine life for fishing, and a stunning
variety of geography to impress every tourist.
Cruises
are a great way to see the Caribbean Sea. You can cruise
the Mexico coast, or venture further out amongst the
islands of the caribbean. Jamaica, Aruba, Curacao - these
names conjure up delightful images of beaches, cocktails,
sun and relaxation.
The beach at Petit St Vincent, an
exclusive resort in St Vincent and the Grenadines, has recently
been named as one of the five best beaches in the
world.
